Concierge doctors have the ability to provide patient-centric care, so at Dr. Gautam K. Vadlamudi’s Concierge Medical Practice, we provide the following treatments and routine outpatient conditions:
Treatment of minor illnesses, minor injuries, and urine infections.
Sports physicals.
Administer tetanus shots, and Nebulizer treatment.
Treatment for splints, minor wound care, migraine headaches, and PPD.
Assistance with scheduling of appointments and tests (not attendance), and referrals only to specialists.
The services available through this practice have been selected so as to enable Dr. Vadlamudi to spend more time focusing on your individuals needs and to provide you with more convenient and personalized attention.
This Practice focuses on providing preventative care in a more patient-centered environment than would ordinarily be available in most traditional practices.
Through this Practice, you will also be entitled to an annual; “executive-style” physical typical not covered through private healthcare insurance or Medicare.
Dr. Vadlamudi will also work with you to develop a personalized nutrition and wellness plan taylor-made to your individual needs.
This Practice is not healthcare insurance and does not represent an HMO, PPO or other health care insurance plans.
This Practice and the enhanced services it offers are merely intended to supplement the existing healthcare coverage you already receive.
This Practice has been designed to be perfectly compatible with Medicare and most commercial fee for service plans and PPO’s are welcome. Participation by patients enrolled in an HMO is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Fees for participating in this Practice may be paid through most Section 125 plans, flexible spending plans (FSA’s) medical savings accounts (MSA’s) health reimbursement accounts (HRA’s) or health savings accounts (HAS’s).
These fees have ben intentionally set below those customarily charged by similar medical practices to enable virtually any patient looking for a more personalized healthcare experience to participate in this Practice.
Enrollment in this Practice is simple and does not require a long-term commitment.
Patients pay an annual fee or retainer, in addition to insurance charges. In exchange for the retainer, Dr. Gautam Vadlamudi provides enhanced care at a reasonable cost. In fact, the monthly fee is no more than a cell phone bill.

Our services provided are for non-emergency conditions, and we only treat those injuries and ailments that are minor and not life threatening. If you feel you have a life threatening condition such as a heart attack, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
We are conveniently located in Vacaville at 1001 Nut Tree Road, Suite 140 with office hours Monday- Friday Friday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and weekends based upon urgent care, and as needed.
